Macquarie Point Multipurpose Stadium - EOI and Process

Entities that may be interested in participating in the procurement for the design and construction of the  Macquarie Point Multipurpose Stadium, should note that to be eligible to participate in the process as the lead contractor they will have to satisfy the following mandatory preconditions to participation.

​

Respondents must be: 

•  prequalified under the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme (Contractors), in the category Building Works - Institutional and to the financial limit of $50 million (which is the maximum financial limit applicable in the scheme) and 

• accredited under the WHS Accreditation Scheme established under the Federal Safety Commissioner Act 2022 (Cth) and specified in the Federal Safety Commissioner (Accreditation Scheme) Rules 2023.
