What can I make a complaint about?
The Corporation’s Complaints Management Policy applies to:

Complaints from members of the public, stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, or consultants.

Complaints about procurement processes undertaken under the Treasurer’s Instructions on Procurement.

General complaints about services and staff conduct.
