This web page sets out how to make a complaint with the Corporation.

 
What can I make a complaint about?

 

The Corporation’s Complaints Management Policy applies to:

​

  • Decisions made, or processes run by, the Corporation.

  • Complaints from members of the public, stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, or consultants.

  • Complaints about procurement processes undertaken under the Treasurer’s Instructions on Procurement.

  • General complaints about services and staff conduct.

How do I make a complaint?

 

Complaints may be lodged by:

  • Mail: Complaints Officer, Macquarie Point Development Corporation, 8A Evans Street, Hobart TAS 7004

 

The Corporation’s Complaints Officer will then contact you to discuss further.
